Thomas J Henry Law, PLLC in Austin, TX is seeking an Attorney Manager II to lead a team of trial attorneys and staff across multiple Texas offices. You will oversee cases from intake through trial, mentor 4–6 attorneys, and drive client-centered results with a performance-based bonus up to $100K.

Ideal candidates have 5+ personal injury jury trials, Texas PI experience, and an active Texas Bar license. The firm offers competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits in a high-volume plaintiff

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team of trial attorneys and staff.
• Strong background in personal injury litigation in Texas.
• Active Texas Bar license and a law degree are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 4–6 attorneys and their staff.
• Ensure cases are developed from intake through trial or resolution.
• Oversee client meetings, strategy, and case evaluation.
• Draft and send demand letters, negotiate settlements, and file lawsuits.
• Supervise discovery, medical records review, and depositions.
• Prepare for trial through conclusion or settlement.
