Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active Texas Bar license required.
• Minimum 5 personal injury jury trials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 4–6 attorneys and support staff.
• Oversee all aspects of case handling from intake to trial or resolution.
• Direct client meetings, strategy discussions, and case development.
• Draft and review demand letters; negotiate settlements; manage filings and discovery.
• Prepare for depositions and trial through conclusion or settlement.
