Thomas J. Henry Law seeks a Senior Attorney Manager to lead a team of trial attorneys and legal staff across Texas. You will direct litigation strategy, oversee case development from intake through trial, and ensure high-quality, client-centered results.

The ideal candidate has extensive personal injury litigation experience, strong leadership skills, and a track record of building scalable litigation teams within a plaintiff firm. Relocation support and competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Bar license required.
• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Minimum 5 personal injury jury trials preferred (Plaintiff or Defense).

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 4–6 attorneys and their assigned support staff.
• Ensure cases are thoroughly developed from intake through trial and/or resolution in alignment with firm standards and client interests.
• Oversee all aspects of case handling, including: client meetings and strategy discussions, case development and evaluation, drafting and sending demand letters, negotiating settlements, filing lawsuits and managing litigation, discovery responses, medical record review, motions and depositions.
• Supervise all cases assigned to your team, ensuring timely completion of tasks and high-quality legal work.
