Thomas J. Henry Law seeks a Senior Attorney Manager to oversee a team of trial attorneys and support staff across multiple Texas locations. The role focuses on leading case development from intake through trial, with extensive personal injury litigation experience and strong leadership abilities.

The ideal candidate will have a J.D., active Texas Bar license, and a record of 5+ personal injury jury trials. Relocation assistance and compensation are included as top-tier benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 personal injury jury trials preferred.
• Active Texas Bar license required.
• J.D. from an accredited law school and active Bar license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 4–6 attorneys and their assigned support staff.
• Ensure cases are thoroughly developed from intake through trial and/or resolution.
• Oversee all aspects of case handling: client meetings, strategy, discovery, settlements, filings, and trials.
• Supervise all cases assigned to your team, ensuring timely completion of tasks and high-quality legal work.
