Job summary

Thomas J. Henry Law seeks an Attorney Manager II to lead a team of 4–6 trial attorneys and support staff, directing case development from intake to resolution. The role requires a proven track record in personal injury litigation and strong leadership abilities.

The position offers a base salary of $200,000 with a performance-based bonus up to $100K, plus comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance where applicable.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active Bar license.
• Minimum 5 personal injury jury trials preferred (Plaintiff or Defense).
• Proven experience with Texas personal injury law, including pre-litigation, litigation processes, and trial.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 4–6 attorneys and their assigned support staff.
• Oversee all aspects of case handling from intake through trial or settlement.
• Direct client meetings, strategy discussions, case development and evaluation, and negotiations.
