Job summary

Thomas J. Henry Law is seeking an experienced Attorney Manager II to lead a team of 4–6 trial lawyers and staff across Texas locations, including Corpus Christi. The role emphasizes strong leadership, strategic case development, and exceptional client service in personal injury matters.

The candidate must bring substantial PI trial experience, a Texas Bar license, and a proven track record of directing cases through intake, investigation, discovery, and trial or settlement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 personal injury jury trials preferred (Plaintiff or Defense).
• Proven experience with Texas personal injury law and trial.
• Active Texas Bar license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and oversee a team of 4–6 attorneys and support staff.
• Direct case development from intake through trial or settlement.
• Oversee client meetings, strategy, discovery, depositions, and court filings.
• Ensure timely, high-quality work aligned with firm standards.
• Manage settlements and negotiations.
