Job summary

State Street seeks an experienced Platform Administrator to own Atlassian and ServiceNow environments from Atlanta, GA. This role focuses on high-availability administration, automation, and integrations across ITSM workflows and governance controls.

You’ll partner with security and enterprise architecture to deliver scalable solutions. Ideal candidates have 7–10 years in enterprise platforms, strong Jira/Confluence/JSM and ServiceNow expertise, and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

7–10 years of enterprise Atlassian and ServiceNow administration and engineering.
Strong platform administration, automation, and integration experience.
Certificate and governance knowledge with security-focused mindset.
Ability to collaborate with security, enterprise architecture, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Administer and maintain Atlassian and ServiceNow platforms and modules.
Design, build, and maintain workflows, forms, approvals, and automation rules.
Configure Jira workflows, screens, permissions, and automation; optimize ServiceNow flows.
Implement RBAC, SSO, MFA integrations; ensure security and compliance.
Develop integrations between ServiceNow, Atlassian tools, and enterprise systems.
Create dashboards, metrics, and executive reporting; monitor health and capacity.
Partner with IT, Security, Engineering, and Business teams; mentor juniors.
