Forvis Mazars, LLP is seeking an experienced Assurance professional in Mississippi to lead and execute audit engagements, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance. The role requires CPA licensure, strong GAAP knowledge, and the ability to mentor a high-performing team.

Travel to client sites is required. You will engage with senior stakeholders, contribute to business development, and maintain rigorous project management to deliver value and build lasting client relationships.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field required.
• CPA license required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Caseware preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and execute audit engagements with timely fieldwork completion.
• Demonstrate strong GAAP understanding for accurate financial reporting and compliance.
• Research complex accounting matters and communicate findings clearly in reports.
• Review audit workpapers for accuracy and compliance.
• Engage with senior client stakeholders to identify risks and advise on solutions.
• Drive client service excellence and foster long-term relationships.
• Mentor and manage assurance professionals to build a high-performing team.
• Manage resources, budgets, and project workflows to ensure timely delivery.
