Responsibilities

• Plan and execute audit engagements with coordination of fieldwork and timely completion.
• Apply GAAP knowledge to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
• Research complex accounting and audit issues and communicate findings clearly.
• Review workpapers for accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Engage with senior client stakeholders to identify risks and provide solutions.
• Foster client service excellence and build trusted advisor relationships.
• Support business development and client growth efforts.
• Mentor and manage assurance professionals to build a high-performing team.
• Oversee resources, budgets, and workflows to deliver engagements efficiently.
• Maintain technical expertise through ongoing CPE and industry trends.
• Represent the firm at events to enhance brand visibility.
