Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field is required.
2+ years of relevant audit experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Must be eligible to sit for the CPA exam per state requirements.
Travel flexibility to client engagements and internal meetings.

Responsibilities

Perform detailed audit procedures over various income statement and balance sheet accounts.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of GAAP to ensure accurate financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
Deliver exceptional client service and build trusted advisor relationships.
Collaborate with client management to identify issues and propose practical solutions.
Organize workflows, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion within budget and scope.
Utilize technology tools and contribute to process improvements.
Complete Continuing Professional Education (CPE) requirements to maintain proficiency.
Support the proposal process by contributing insights for prospective clients.
Collaborate on technical publications and internal learning sessions.
Represent the firm at campus recruiting events to promote the brand.
