Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.
• 7+ years of relevant audit experience.
• Current and valid CPA license.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexibility to travel for client engagements and internal meetings.

Responsibilities

• Manage planning and execution of audit engagements, coordinating fieldwork and procedures per standards.
• Apply GAAP knowledge to ensure accurate financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct in-depth research on accounting matters and present findings in reports.
• Review audit workpapers for accuracy and defensible support.
• Lead presentations for audit committees and boards with clarity and insight.
• Drive client service excellence and foster long-term relationships as a trusted advisor.
• Support client growth and retention through strategic planning and business development.
• Mentor and manage assurance professionals, providing coaching and feedback.
• Manage resources, budgets, and workflows to deliver engagements on time and within budget.
• Maintain technical expertise via Continuing Professional Education (CPE).
• Represent the firm at industry events and networking forums.
