Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Taxation or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant progressive tax experience in public accounting or mix of corporate and public tax.
• CPA license.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel for client engagements and internal meetings.

Responsibilities

• Manage tax compliance and advisory services for individuals, partnerships, and corporations.
• Conduct in-depth research on complex tax matters and communicate findings in written reports.
• Review tax return preparations for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Engage with senior client stakeholders to identify tax issues and provide solutions.
• Support client growth and retention through strategic planning and business development.
• Mentor and manage tax professionals to build a high-performing team.
• Oversee resources, budgets, and workflows to ensure timely delivery.
