You will mentor staff, lead presentations to audit committees, and collaborate with clients to drive value, growth, and risk management while upholding the firm’s commitment to quality and client service.

Travel to client sites may be required as part of engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• 7+ years of relevant audit experience and CPA licensure.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage planning and execution of audit engagements with timely delivery.
• Demonstrate GAAP proficiency to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Perform in-depth accounting and audit research and document findings clearly.
• Review workpapers for accuracy and defensible support.
• Lead audit committee and board presentations with confidence and insight.
• Drive client service excellence and foster long-term relationships.
• Mentor and manage assurance professionals and develop the team.
• Manage resources, budgets, and workflows to meet client expectations.
• Maintain technical expertise through ongoing CPA-relevant CPE.
• Represent the firm at industry events and support client growth.
