Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
• 5+ years of relevant audit experience
• Current and valid CPA license
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Flexibility to travel for client engagements and internal meetings. Travel may include overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute audit engagements coordinating fieldwork and timelines.
• Apply GAAP knowledge to ensure accurate financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
• Research complex accounting matters and report findings clearly.
• Review audit workpapers for accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Engage with senior client stakeholders to identify risks and propose solutions.
• Drive client service excellence and build long-term relationships.
• Support growth and retention through strategic planning and business development.
• Mentor and manage assurance professionals for career development.
• Manage resources, budgets, and project workflows to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain technical expertise through ongoing CPE and stay updated on industry changes.
• Represent the firm at industry events and networking forums.
