Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant audit experience.
• Current and valid CPA license.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexibility to travel for client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute audit engagements with coordination of fieldwork.
• Apply GAAP to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
• Research complex accounting/audit matters and communicate findings in clear reports.
• Review workpapers for accuracy and compliance.
• Engage with senior client stakeholders to identify risks and provide solutions.
• Drive client service excellence and foster long-term relationships.
• Support business development and client growth initiatives.
• Mentor and manage assurance professionals for performance development.
• Manage resources, budgets, and project workflows to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain technical expertise via Continuing Professional Education (CPE).
• Represent the firm at industry events to enhance brand visibility.
