Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant audit experience.
• Current and valid CPA license.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexibility to travel for client engagements and internal meetings.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute audit engagements, coordinating fieldwork and deadlines.
• Apply GAAP knowledge to ensure accurate reporting and regulatory compliance.
• Research complex accounting matters and communicate findings in reports.
• Review audit workpapers for accuracy and standard compliance.
• Engage with senior client stakeholders to identify risks and solutions.
• Drive client service excellence and build trusted advisory relationships.
• Support growth and retention through strategic planning.
• Mentor assurance professionals and foster a high-performing team.
• Manage resources, budgets, and workflows for timely delivery.
• Maintain CPD/CPE and stay ahead of regulatory changes.
• Represent the firm at events to enhance brand visibility.
