Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field required.
• 7+ years of relevant audit experience.
• CPA license currently valid required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage the planning and execution of audit engagements, ensuring coordination of fieldwork and timely completion.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of GAAP to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
• Conduct in-depth accounting/audit research and communicate findings in written reports.
• Review audit workpapers for accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Lead presentations for audit committees and board meetings.
• Drive client service excellence and foster long-term relationships as a trusted advisor.
• Mentor and manage assurance professionals and provide coaching.
• Manage resources, budgets, and workflows to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery.
• Maintain technical expertise through Continuing Professional Education (CPE).
• Represent the firm at industry events to enhance visibility and opportunities.
