Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
• 5+ years of relevant audit experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Willingness to travel for client engagements and meetings, including overnight stays

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute audit engagements with effective fieldwork coordination and adherence to standards
• Apply GAAP knowledge to ensure accurate financial reporting and identify discrepancies or risks
• Research complex accounting/audit matters and communicate findings in well-structured reports
• Review audit workpapers for accuracy and compliance with standards
• Engage with senior client stakeholders to identify risks and provide solutions
• Drive client service excellence and build long-term relationships as a trusted partner
• Support client growth and retention through strategic planning and business development
• Mentor and manage assurance professionals, providing coaching and performance feedback
• Manage resources, budgets, and project workflows to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery
• Maintain technical expertise via Continuing Professional Education (CPE)
• Represent the firm at industry events to enhance brand visibility and opportunities
