Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; major in Accounting/Finance/Economics/Statistics preferred.
• Master’s degree in Accountancy preferred.
• Active US CPA with licensure or equivalent qualifications as defined by firm policy.

Responsibilities

• Review work prepared by associates and provide feedback.
• Act as Career Advisor to staff and conduct performance reviews.
• Lead engagements as Engagement Director or Concurring Reviewer as permitted by policy.
• Demonstrate strong GAAP/GAAS knowledge and provide client guidance.
• Develop internal controls improvements and risk management solutions.
