Job summary

BDO USA, LLP is seeking an Assurance Experienced Manager to supervise, direct, and review audit engagements from planning through wrap-up. The role includes marketing, networking, and ensuring profitability through billings and collections.

You will advise clients on regulatory risks, resolve complex accounting issues, and apply GAAP/GAAS consistently, with opportunities to mentor staff and coordinate with technical experts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Statistics, required
• Master's in Accountancy, preferred
• Active US CPA license required or International Equivalent

Responsibilities

• Supervise, direct, and review audit engagement results across planning, field work, and wrap-up
• Market, network, and develop business within area of expertise
• Ensure engagement profitability including billings and collections
