Job summary

BDO USA, LLP is seeking an experienced Assurance Manager to supervise audit engagements from planning through wrap-up, while actively developing client relationships and ensuring engagement profitability. The role requires strong GAAP/GAAS knowledge, leadership, and the ability to mentor staff.

You will supervise associates, review workpapers, and coordinate with client management to address complex accounting issues and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Six+ years of audit or related experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Active US CPA or equivalent; strong GAAP/GAAS knowledge.
• Proven client management and business development abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise audit teams and review workpapers to ensure quality and timeliness.
• Direct planning, field work, and wrap-up stages of engagements.
• Communicate issues to Audit Committee and management with recommendations.
