Job summary

Chase is seeking a Senior Associate of Business Financial Tools in Small Business Card to lead discovery, research, and development of a new product capability. You will partner with design, architecture, and engineering teams to deliver innovative spend-tracking tools for small businesses.

You will leverage customer feedback, analytics, and market insights to identify problems, define requirements, and deliver features at pace, while aligning with business goals and stakeholder priorities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product management developing products and launching customer-facing capabilities at scale.
• Proficient knowledge of the product development lifecycle from discovery to delivery planning.
• Strong partnerships across Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Servicing to drive launches.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with stakeholders and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and market research to uncover customer problems and define solutions for the small business card experience.
• Define product strategy and write requirements and epics for cross-functional teams.
• Integrate data analytics, metrics, and user research to steer prioritization decisions.
• Champion new ideas to improve customer journeys and channel consistency.
