Job summary

Chase is seeking a Senior Product Associate in Business Banking Shopping and Optimization to drive product development using user research and analytics. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and guide requirements and stories to support delivery across web and mobile channels.

The role emphasizes agile practices, stakeholder engagement, and a strong focus on content architecture and accessibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) including JSON/HTML/CSS.
• Demonstrated ability to contribute to content architecture modernization and product lifecycle.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clear documentation.
• Minimum 2 years in product management or related domain.
• Proficient knowledge of product development lifecycle from ideation to release.
• Experience in discovery and requirements gathering for product features.
• Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy.
• Ability to translate business needs into epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Experience with agile product development and delivery life cycle.

Responsibilities

• Manage content workflows and calendar, ensuring timely publication and consistent messaging.
• Collaborate with marketing and user experience teams to create engaging, accessible content for digital channels.
• Support accessibility guidelines integration into content structures for diverse users.
• Partner with Product Manager to identify new opportunities reflecting Business Banking customer needs.
• Plan upstream/downstream implications of new features across web and mobile.
• Collect user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform strategic roadmap.
• Analyze product metrics across development life cycle for time, cost, and quality.
• Write requirements, epics, and user stories with stakeholders across Engineering, Design, Marketing, Analytics.
• Manage sprint backlog, Agile ceremonies, and ensure sprint readiness (n+2).
