Qualifications

• 3+ years in product management developing products and launching customer-facing capabilities at scale.
• Proficient knowledge of the product development lifecycle, including discovery, requirement definition, epic creation, acceptance criteria development, and delivery planning.
• Strong partnerships across Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Servicing to drive alignment and launches.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer problems and define solutions for the small business card customer experience and expense management.
• Develop the product strategy and write requirements and epics to support product development with UX/CX designers and engineering partners.
• Integrate data analytics, product metrics, user research, and competitive analysis to inform prioritization decisions.
