Job summary

Chase is seeking a Quantitative Analytics Senior Associate on the Small Business Card team to turn customer behavior data into actionable insights that inform marketing, product, and risk decisions.

You will work with Python, SQL, and modern data platforms to build executive-ready dashboards and reports, collaborate with marketing, product, finance, and risk, and apply AI-enabled analytics to accelerate decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL and experience extracting, transforming, and analyzing data from relational databases.
• Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, or equivalent platforms and translating analysis into business actions.
• Experience creating dashboards and reporting using Tableau, Alteryx, or comparable tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication with senior leaders.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners and influence decisions.
• Experience using AI tools to improve productivity.

Responsibilities

• Manage and analyze large, complex datasets from multiple sources to develop actionable insights that drive measurable business outcomes and apply advanced analytical and data mining techniques to identify meaningful patterns and translate findings into customer behavioral insights.
• Communicate analytical results clearly to business partners and senior leaders, tailoring messages to different audiences and levels of technical depth and conduct deep-dive analyses to support marketing, finance, and broader business priorities using modern visualization and reporting tools.
• Serve as a subject matter resource for data-driven decision-making by advising on analytical approaches, methods, and measurement and partner with internal stakeholders to solve quantitative business problems, optimize performance, and deliver practical solutions to critical needs.
• Collaborate with data owners and managers to contribute to data models, analytics architecture, and scalable data strategies and identify process improvement opportunities by assessing data quality, surfacing statistical anomalies, and linking insights to business processes.
• Manage deliverables with a high degree of autonomy, including program execution, stakeholder engagement, and continuous process refinement.
• Use generative artificial intelligence and emerging tools to automate repetitive work, accelerate insight generation, and improve decision-making workflows.
• Evaluate and pilot artificial intelligence-enabled analytics solutions that support marketing acquisition strategy and ongoing performance measurement.
