Job summary

Chase is seeking a Senior Product Associate for the Card Customer Experience & Benefits Product Team. You will own a key product area focused on building lasting customer relationships and partner with engineering, design, and business teams to execute on a dynamic roadmap that keeps Chase Credit Cards at the forefront of digital experiences.

You will drive discovery, shape features, prioritize the backlog, and measure outcomes with analytics and user research, ensuring our customer journeys

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience defining roadmaps and managing a backlog.
• Experience with Agile development.

Responsibilities

• Develop a product strategy and roadmap that delivers meaningful value to customers, with a focus on maintaining Chase's leadership in digital capabilities
• Lead discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer problems, identify target segments, and define effective solutions
• Own, maintain, and prioritize a product backlog that supports the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
• Collaborate with design, engineering, research, and marketing teams to drive new features and continuously optimize existing ones
• Integrate data analytics, product metrics, user experience research, competitive analysis, and business goals to inform and drive prioritization decisions
• Champion new ideas across key customer journeys to increase satisfaction and engagement while ensuring consistency across channels
• Define, communicate, and manage feature prioritization with a clear focus on user and business value and trade-offs
• Manage stakeholder communications to ensure business needs are met, setting and managing expectations through clear written and oral communication
