Job summary

J.P. Morgan in the United States is seeking a Senior Associate of Business Financial Tools in Small Business Card to lead discovery, research, and development of a new product capability focused on how small businesses manage credit card spend and expenses.

You will partner with design, architecture, and engineering teams, leveraging customer feedback, data, and market insights to define requirements and deliver innovative solutions at pace.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product management developing products and launching customer-facing capabilities.
• Knowledge of the product development lifecycle from discovery to delivery planning.
• Builds strong partnerships across Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Servicing to drive alignment and launches.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with business and technical stakeholders.
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with product management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Office, and AI-powered productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer problems, identify target segments, and define solutions for SMB card experience and expense management.
• Develop the product strategy and write requirements and epics to support product development with UX/CX designers, architects, and engineering partners.
• Integrate data analytics, product metrics, user experience research, competitive analysis, and business goals to inform prioritization decisions.
• Champion new ideas across key customer journeys to increase satisfaction and engagement while ensuring consistency across channels.
• Define, communicate, and manage feature prioritization with a focus on user and business value and trade-offs.
• Manage stakeholder communications to ensure business needs are met, setting and managing expectations.
