Job summary

Tharp Consulting seeks a Senior Associate, ServiceNow to lead enterprise ServiceNow implementations with a focus on ITSM, ITOM, and IRM. You will guide client workshops, translating needs into functional and technical requirements while ensuring platform performance.

You will manage on-shore and off-shore teams in an agile environment, troubleshoot platform issues, review development content for standards, and communicate progress to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Three years managing large enterprise ServiceNow deployments.
• Certified in ServiceNow System Administration.
• Proficient in JavaScript for workflows and UI scripts.

Role Overview

The Senior Associate, ServiceNow is responsible for leading ServiceNow implementation projects, providing expertise in ITSM, ITOM, and IRM domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide and execute engagement workstreams, leading client workshops to assess needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements.
• Manage on-shore and off-shore teams to deliver agile-based solutions, ensuring quality standards and platform performance.
• Evaluate and troubleshoot ServiceNow platform issues, making recommendations for resolution.
• Review and ensure development content aligns with standards, and prepare reports to communicate project progress to stakeholders.
• Uphold professional integrity and foster a respectful work environment.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of three years managing large enterprise systems with experience in ServiceNow, especially in ITSM, ITOM, or IRM.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; certified in ServiceNow System Administration and additional modules preferred.
• Proficiency in customizing workflows, Business Rules, and UI Scripts using JavaScript.
• Experience leading agile teams and delivering solutions in complex organizational settings.
• Ability to work independently, demonstrate professionalism, and communicate effectively.
