Role Overview: The Senior Associate in ServiceNow within the Advisory practice provides expert guidance on ServiceNow implementations, focusing on ITSM, ITOM, and IRM modules. This role involves leading planning and execution of workstreams, facilitating client workshops to understand complex needs, and translating them into technical solutions.

Responsibilities include managing on-shore and off-shore teams to deliver agile projects, evaluating platform performance, debugging issues, and ensuring development standards are met. The role also involves preparing reports on project progress and advising stakeholders for informed decision-making.

Qualifications: Candidates should have at least three years managing enterprise systems with a focus on ServiceNow, including full platform implementation experience and relevant certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS).
