Job summary

RoShay Services in the United States seeks a Manager in Technology within the Advisory practice to lead design, development, and integration of Salesforce Health Cloud solutions, focusing on care plans, data models, and provider/patient relationships.

You will design scalable Health Cloud configurations, implement Apex, LWC, Flows, and Triggers, and guide CI/CD deployments while aligning with HIPAA/HITRUST security standards and responsible AI practices. You may travel to support clients.

Qualifications

• Five years+ Salesforce development experience with Apex, SOQL, LWC, Flows, and Triggers.
• Bachelor's degree; Salesforce Platform Developer I and Agentforce Specialist certifications required.
• Knowledge of Health Cloud data models and healthcare data security regulations (HIPAA/HITRUST).

Responsibilities

• Design and configure Health Cloud solutions with data models and features.
• Develop Apex, Triggers, LWCs, and Flows; participate in code reviews, testing, and CI/CD deployments.
• Implement and test Agentforce agents, topics, and AI-driven experiences using Salesforce data, Data Cloud, and RAG patterns.
• Integrate Salesforce with HL7/FHIR APIs and EHR/EMR systems while ensuring security compliance.
• Collaborate with analysts, admins, and architects to translate requirements into technical solutions and support release management.
• Ensure responsible AI deployment with monitoring, guardrails, and accuracy assessments.

Role Overview:

Seeking a Manager in Technology within the Advisory practice to lead the design, development, and integration of Salesforce solutions, primarily focusing on Health Cloud features such as care plans, clinical data models, and provider/patient relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and configure scalable Salesforce Health Cloud solutions, including data models and features.
• Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, and Flows to meet business needs, participating in code reviews, testing, and deployment via CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement and test Agentforce agents, topics, instructions, and AI-driven experiences using Salesforce data, Data Cloud, and RAG patterns.
• Integrate Salesforce with external healthcare systems (e.g., HL7/FHIR APIs, EHR/EMR systems) ensuring compliance with healthcare security standards such as HIPAA and HITRUST.
• Collaborate with analysts, administrators, and architects to translate requirements into technical solutions and contribute to release management and environment strategies.
• Ensure responsible AI deployment, including monitoring, guardrails, and accuracy assessments.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum five years of Salesforce development experience with Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and Triggers.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I and Agentforce Specialist are required.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Health Cloud data models and healthcare data security regulations.
• Proficiency with Salesforce APIs, version control, CI/CD tools, and experience with AI concepts and external system integrations.
• Knowledge of healthcare compliance, enterprise AI/ML, and experience working in Agile/Scrum environments preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management skills, and willingness to travel for client support.
