Job summary

LS Solutions seeks an experienced Salesforce developer to design and build scalable Health Cloud solutions. You will implement care plans, clinical data models, provider/patient management, and integration with Epic and HL7/FHIR APIs.

You will create Apex, LWC, and Flows, support code reviews, testing, and CI/CD deployments while ensuring HIPAA/HITRUST compliance and professional collaboration with analysts and architects.

Qualifications

• Five+ years hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, SOQL, LWC, Flows, Triggers).
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.

Role Overview:

This position involves designing and developing scalable Salesforce solutions with a focus on Health Cloud features, including care plans, clinical data models, and provider/patient management. The manager will build Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, and Flows, participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment using CI/CD pipelines. They will configure Agentforce agents, topics, and AI-driven templates, ensuring compliance with healthcare data regulations such as HIPAA and HITRUST. Integration with external systems (e.g., Epic, MuleSoft, HL7/FHIR APIs) is essential, along with translating business requirements into technical solutions in collaboration with analysts and architects. The role requires acting with professionalism and integrity to uphold a respectful work environment.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of five years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience, including Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and Triggers.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I, Agentforce Specialist; additional certifications like Platform Developer II or Health Cloud are preferred.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Health Cloud data model, APIs (REST, SOAP), and experience integrating with external healthcare systems.
• Proficiency with version control (Git), CI/CD tools, and responsible AI concepts, including Data Cloud and Salesforce Service/Marketing Clouds.
• Knowledge of healthcare compliance, enterprise AI/ML services, and Agile methodologies; excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed and authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
