Job summary

RoShay Services in the United States is seeking a seasoned Salesforce Developer to design, build, and deploy scalable Health Cloud solutions, including care plans, data models, and provider/patient management.

You will implement Apex, LWC, Flows, Triggers, and integrations with Epic, MuleSoft, HL7/FHIR, while ensuring HIPAA/HITRUST compliance. Collaborative delivery with analysts, admins, and architects, plus CI/CD and performance tuning, are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years Salesforce development experience with Apex, LWC, Flows, and Triggers.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution; Salesforce certifications Platform Developer I and Agentforce Specialist required.
• Strong knowledge of Health Cloud, healthcare data models, and HL7/FHIR integrations.
• Experience with APIs, CI/CD, version control, and Agile methodologies.

Role Overview

This position involves designing, developing, and deploying scalable Salesforce solutions, with a focus on Health Cloud features such as care plans, clinical data models, and provider/patient management.

Key Responsibilities

• Build Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, and Flows to meet business needs, participating in code reviews, testing, and deployment via CI/CD pipelines.
• Configure and develop Agentforce agents, topics, instructions, actions, escalation paths, and AI experiences using Salesforce data, Data Cloud, and RAG patterns.
• Implement agent testing, observability, guardrails, and ensure compliance with healthcare security standards like HIPAA and HITRUST.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems (e.g., Epic, MuleSoft, HL7/FHIR APIs) ensuring data security and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with business analysts, administrators, and architects to translate requirements into technical solutions, contributing to release management and performance tuning.
• Maintain professionalism, integrity, and responsibility in all work activities.
