Job summary

LS Solutions seeks an experienced Salesforce developer to design and implement scalable Health Cloud solutions, including care plans, clinical data models, and provider/patient relationships.

You will build Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, and Flows, integrate HL7/FHIR systems, and apply AI features within Data Cloud to deliver grounded AI experiences.

Qualifications

The role involves leading the design and development of scalable Salesforce solutions, with a focus on Health Cloud features such as care plans, clinical data, and provider/patient relationships.

Responsibilities include building Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, and Flows, as well as configuring data models and integrating Salesforce with external healthcare systems using APIs like HL7/FHIR.

The candidate will ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, implement AI and generative AI features, and develop grounded AI experiences utilizing Data Cloud and knowledge retrieval patterns.

Collaboration with analysts, administrators, and architects is essential to translate requirements into technical solutions, manage release cycles, and optimize performance.

Qualifications include a minimum of eight years of Salesforce development experience with expertise in Apex, SOQL, LWC, and Triggers.

Certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I and Agentforce Specialist are required, with additional certifications preferred.

Strong understanding of Salesforce Health Cloud, healthcare data security, and experience with integrations (HL7/FHIR, EHR/EMR) are necessary.

Proficiency in Salesforce APIs, version control, CI/CD tools, and AI concepts is also essential.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work independently are valued.
