Job summary

DoorDash is hiring a Senior Associate for Retail Strategy & Operations to own backend data that powers the Retail shopping experience. You will define data standards, enrich merchant catalogs, and build scalable systems while partnering with the Catalog team to hit coverage targets.

You will prototype workflows with AI tools, maintain data quality, and operate across strategy, operations, and product to support growth in local commerce.

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of experience in analytical, cross-functional environments.
• Bachelor's degree completed.
• AI-native with experience using tools like Claude, Cursor, Copilot.
• Ability to pull data in SQL and build models in Excel; leverage AI tools for analysis.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and startup settings.

Responsibilities

• Own attribute definition, enrichment, and catalog feed mapping to hit data coverage targets at scale.
• Set and scale data quality standards with repeatable frameworks like style guides and rubrics.
• Track PDP quality and data coverage, flag gaps before they reach customers.
• Manage day-to-day enrichment vendor operations and collaboration with Catalog team.
