Job summary

DoorDash is hiring a Senior Associate to lead backend data for Retail on our marketplace. You will own data quality, define best-in-class product and merchant data, and build scalable systems as we expand across categories.

You’ll work with Catalog on attribute creation and taxonomy, expanding coverage targets while creating repeatable frameworks that ensure clean data as new merchants launch. Hybrid work and collaboration across teams are core to this role.

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of relevant experience in analytics, operations, or strategy.
• Proven ability to define data standards and drive data quality.
• Experience with SQL, Excel, and AI-powered tooling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own attribute definition, enrichment, and catalog feed mapping at scale.
• Set data quality standards and build repeatable guidelines.
• Track PDP quality and proactively flag gaps before customers see them.
• Manage day-to-day enrichment vendor operations.
• Partner with Catalog on attribute creation and taxonomy definition.
