Job summary

Key Capture Energy seeks an Associate/Senior Associate, Development to advance solar and storage projects across multiple regions with Albany/NYC footprint and remote options. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of proven development experience in renewables, preferably BESS.
• Strong organizational and presentation skills; ability to present to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects alongside senior developers across regions.
• Land and title: secure site control and review titles.
• Permitting: identify requirements and assist with permit submissions.
• Public relations: engage local officials and stakeholders.
• Interconnection: review tariff rules and manage studies.
• Project management: budget, forecast, and schedule; present scopes.
• Team coordination: align engineering, legal, finance, procurement, and construction.
