Job summary

Key Capture Energy, LLC seeks an Associate/Senior Associate for Development to advance renewable projects across regions, including Albany and NYC, with remote flexibility. You will manage internal resources and consultant teams, progressing projects from permitting to construction-ready status while traveling to sites.

The role requires 1–3 years of development experience in renewables, strong MS Office skills, budgeting and scheduling acumen, and the ability to collaborate with engineering,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
• 1–3 years of renewable development experience, preferably in BESS.
• Strong organizational and presentation skills; articulate speaker.
• Proficient in MS Office and management software for scheduling & budgeting; financial modeling preferred.
• Willingness to travel and work in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects and support senior developers across land, permitting, interconnection, budgeting, and timelines.
• Coordinate with engineering, legal, finance, procurement, construction, energy marketing and executives.
• Track opportunities and provide concise updates on project status.
• Travel to project locations to meet landowners and officials.
