Job summary

Capital One is hiring a Sr. Associate, Product Management – Learning & Development to turn L&D strategy into actionable features. You will partner with delivery teams and cross-functional stakeholders to craft roadmaps and acceptance criteria.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience.
• At least 1 year of product management experience or 1 year in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering (preferred).
• 1+ years translating business strategy or analysis into consumer-facing digital products.
• 1+ years working on core product platforms powering digital experiences.
• 1+ years working with cross-functional teams as a product owner in an agile development process.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational engine that turns L&D strategy into action through collaboration with delivery teams.
• Collaborate with tech teams to build acceptance criteria, break down epics into features and user stories, and prioritize roadmaps.
• Use hypothesis-driven assessment of data to prioritize features and manage risk.
• Work autonomously in an agile environment with designers, technologists, data scientists, and SMEs.
