Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Learning & Development Manager for its Commercial Banking L&D team. You will own leadership development programs and serve as the primary consultant for CML business lines, designing cohort-based experiences aligned to performance goals.

You will modernize the learner journey with digital platforms, AI-driven paths, and microlearning, while overseeing end-to-end program operations and measurement of impact across multiple locations, including McLean, VA.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or military experience.
At least 3 years of client facing consulting experience.
At least 3 years of experience working in Learning and Development.
At least 3 years of experience managing cohort-based learning programs.
At least 2 years of project management experience.

Responsibilities

Design & Scale Cohort Programs: Lead strategy, development, and execution of CML’s Differential Investment Programs, creating structured learning paths.
Modernize the Learner Experience: Update program formats using digital platforms, AI-driven adaptive learning paths, microlearning, and self-paced exercises.
Program Operations: Oversee end-to-end program delivery, including participant selection, facilitator prep, scheduling, and curriculum updates.
