Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a data-driven Enablement Specialist to lead and own multi-phase enablement projects, leveraging data, process improvements, and AI tools to optimize operations in the Richmond, VA area. The role focuses on identifying opportunities, driving implementation, and measuring adoption across teams.

The ideal candidate combines 1–3+ years in process or project management with hands-on experience in data analysis, AI tooling, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification.
• At least 1 year of process management experience.
• At least 1 year of data analysis experience.
• At least 1 year of experience working with Generative AI tools.
• At least 1 year of experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's Degree or military experience preferred.
• BPM, Lean or Six Sigma certification preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in process or project management preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience with SQL preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in technology enablement, change management or digital transformation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor sources for incident and alerting needs and capture/refine incident data.
• Support stakeholder communication and collaboration, including preparing reporting and materials for business reviews and analysis.
