Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior engineering leader in the United States (Massachusetts) to lead a portfolio of cloud-enabled, full-stack projects. You will mentor engineers, collaborate with product managers, and drive regulatory-compliant, AI-powered risk-management solutions across scalable microservices and distributed systems.

The role requires at least 6 years of software engineering experience and 4+ years in people management, with cloud experience on AWS/GCP/Azure.
