Responsibilities

Support the product strategy and roadmap for Private Bank lead and prospect management.
Translate advisor, banker, and leadership needs into clear requirements and user stories.
Partner with design, technology, analytics, data science, and AI teams to deliver tools.
Manage backlog prioritization and drive end-to-end delivery from discovery to launch.
Define KPIs and collaborate on dashboards for lead sources, pipeline health, and conversion.
