Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Senior Associate Product Manager for the JP Private Bank Digital Team to elevate the client experience across digital and advisor-led channels. You will partner with advisors, banking teams, sales leadership, marketing, analytics, design, technology, data science, and AI teams.

You will translate needs into product requirements, manage backlogs, and drive end-to-end delivery from discovery to optimization, measuring success with defined KPIs and adoption metrics.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in product management, financial services, wealth management, banking, sales enablement, CRM, digital transformation, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of advisor or banker workflow, prospecting, relationship development, pipeline management, and client acquisition.
• Demonstrated interest in AI, data-driven decisioning, automation, or digital productivity tools.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear product requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Support the product strategy and roadmap for Private Bank client digital experience
• Translate advisor, banker, and leadership needs into clear product requirements, user stories, workflows, and success criteria.
• Partner with design, technology, analytics, data science, and AI teams to deliver digital tools that improve prospect visibility, workflow efficiency, and conversion outcomes.
• Manage product backlog prioritization in partnership with senior product leads and business stakeholders.
• Drive execution across discovery, requirements, testing, launch, adoption, and ongoing optimization.
