The role partners with advisors, banking teams, sales leadership, marketing, analytics, design, technology, and AI to translate frontline needs into practical, intuitive tools that improve prospect capture, prioritization, nurture, and conversion.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of product management experience

Responsibilities

• Define strategy and roadmap for Private Bank lead management.
• Translate needs into product requirements and user stories.
• Collaborate with design, technology, analytics, data science, and AI teams to deliver tools.
• Manage backlog prioritization with stakeholders.
• Drive end-to-end product discovery, testing, launch, and adoption.
• Define KPI, monitor performance, and optimize.
