Job summary

J.P. Morgan Private Bank is seeking a Senior Associate to join the Alternatives Product team, supporting digital solutions for alternatives investments.

You will collaborate with product managers, advisors, technology, and other stakeholders to design, develop, and deliver capabilities that enhance the advisor and client experience. Ideal candidates combine hands-on AI capability with product thinking, strong analytics, and executive-ready communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or relevant certifications a plus.
• 3–5 years of experience in management consulting, product management, financial services, alternatives investments, wealth management, or related fields.
• Understanding of product management and building software products, including roadmap planning, requirement gathering, design, prioritization, and execution.
• Foundational understanding of alternative investments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to establish a vision and strategy for delivering new capabilities.
• Lead market research to identify leading private market trends that impact the advisor and client experience.
• Collect and analyze advisor/client needs to determine how to transform and improve the advisor experience.
• Follow a user-centric, design-led approach to create products with impact and explore transformational ideas.
• Draft requirements documents and build a detailed functionality roadmap for alternative investment solutions for advisors and clients.
• Clarify business requirements for the engineering team to ensure that solutions will achieve business goals.
• Define and measure product KPIs to track progress and drive enhancement and prioritization decisions.
• Lead and participate in design sessions with key partners in Technology, Design, and the advisor business.
