You will partner with product, design, engineering, and operations to identify friction, simplify processes, and deliver scalable digital solutions. The role emphasizes leveraging AI to reimagine onboarding, define metrics, and produce artifacts such as user stories and journey maps.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management, digital strategy, or a related discipline within financial services.
• Strong AI curiosity and applied interest — you actively explore how AI/ML, LLMs, and automation can improve workflows and client experiences.
• Demonstrated ability to work across complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Strong analytical and communication skills — comfortable with both data and storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of the BAC product experience — help define and drive the roadmap for unifying the onboarding journey across advisors, clients, and operations partners.
• Map end-to-end workflows across all stakeholder groups to identify gaps, redundancies, and opportunities for simplification.
• Partner cross-functionally with design, engineering, compliance, and operations to deliver scalable digital solutions.
• Champion the advisor and client perspective — ensure solutions are grounded in real workflows.
• Leverage AI and emerging technology to reimagine onboarding — from intelligent document processing to personalized client journeys and advisor-facing copilots.
• Develop requirements in an AI-first way — build rapid prototypes using AI tools to validate concepts and accelerate production-ready solutions.
• Define success metrics and use data to measure adoption, efficiency gains, and experience quality.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment across business, technology, and operations leadership.
• Create clear product artifacts — requirements documents, user stories, journey maps, wireframe briefs, and roadmap presentations.
