Job summary

JPMorganChase’s Private Bank Digital Team seeks a Senior Associate to accelerate adoption of digital products with an AI-product mindset. You will partner with product, design, engineering, and advisor-facing teams to drive data-driven decision-making and scalable growth, while embedding AI capabilities into client-facing workflows.

Responsibilities include shaping digital strategy, coordinating roadmaps, and leveraging analytics to optimize adoption across journeys and platforms.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with fluency in data - comfortable defining metrics and translating data into strategy.
• Deep familiarity with AI/ML concepts and applying an AI-product mindset to real-world problems.
• Strong communication skills across product owners, cross-functional teams, and advisor-facing stakeholders.
• Experience driving digital product adoption or growth at scale in financial services or tech environments.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute digital product strategy across priority journeys and platforms.
• Coordinate cross-product roadmaps and align launch sequencing and adoption plans.
• Drive product engagement and adoption across advisors and clients.
• Connect advisor-facing and client-facing platforms for a cohesive end-to-end experience.
• Collaborate across Global Private Bank and Wealth Management Solutions to align priorities.
• Embed AI capabilities into products and adoption workflows.
