Job summary

EY-Parthenon seeks a Senior Director to lead and execute media value creation initiatives within its Strategy and Execution practice. You will guide cross‑functional teams, drive revenue growth, EBITDA improvement, and enterprise value realization for media clients across Studios, Content & IP, Sports, Live Entertainment, and Digital Media.

You will collaborate with executives, manage complex engagements, and help scale EY-Parthenon’s media value offerings through strategic leadership and market

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of media sub-sectors (Studios, Content & IP, Sports, Live Entertainment, Streaming, Digital Media, Advertising) and value drivers.
• Experience leading value-creation, commercial transformation, growth, pricing, monetization, and performance improvement engagements.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and communicate with executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-workstream engagements across media sub-sectors to accelerate revenue growth and EBITDA.
• Drive monetization strategies across subscription, advertising, sponsorship, and distribution.
• Shape go-to-market transformations and operating model improvements for clients.
• Oversee value realization planning, diligence, carve-outs, integrations, and exit readiness.
• Develop junior team members and contribute to account strategy and client relationships.
