Qualifications

• Three to seven years of professional experience in relevant sectors.
• Ability to present at executive levels and manage multiple projects.
• Self-motivated and capable of advancing within Korn Ferry.

Responsibilities

• Provide engagement execution support to the client and team.
• Lead identification, qualification, and communication with candidates.
• Capture market and client data for the search process and business development.
• Assist with client-facing documentation and reports.
