Job summary

Heidrick & Struggles in New York, NY, seeks an Executive Search Senior Associate to drive the recruitment lifecycle from strategy to placement. You’ll work with Consultants to manage searches, build candidate pipelines, and support client relationships.

You will research industries, interview candidates, write assessments, and contribute to business development while upholding ethics and quality standards in a global team.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years professional recruiting experience or 3+ years in transferable recruiting.
• Undergraduate BA/BS degree required.
• Strong written and verbal communication with confidence and impact.
• Ability to collaborate with external clients and candidates.

Responsibilities

• Developing position specifications and creating search strategies with the Consultant.
• Conducting industry research and mapping the executive talent landscape.
• Preparing business development materials and presenting candidates to clients.
• Managing candidate relationships and updating the Consultant throughout the search.
• Contributing to client relationship management and maintaining professional ethics.
